Our Process

Here’s how we work:

1. When you contact us for a consultation, we’ll visit your home for a one-on-one sales consultation. During your consultation, we’ll explain the replacement window options available to you, answer any questions you may have, and write up your windows order.

2. Next, owner Steve Clausing will visit your home. During his visit, he’ll review your order with you, go over your sales contract,and take any measurements needed to order your windows.

3. Next, we’ll contact the manufacturer and order your new windows. Once they receive your order, they’ll begin building your new replacement windows.

4. Two to four weeks later, your new windows will be delivered to us, and we’ll call you to  schedule a time for installation.

5. On your installation day, we’ll visit you once more and install your windows.

That’s all it takes! In just a few weeks your old, inefficient windows will be replaced with fantastic, new windows.
